As Chief Information Officer, David Michael is responsible for the company’s information technology and digital products. His focus is on improving MSG’s technologies, processes and talent whilst creating a capability that can deliver innovations in how MSG interacts with, and serves, its customers.
Mr. Michael is a well-respected innovator and leader with more than 25 years of experience in technology and business operations. Before joining MSG in 2016, he was CIO of the North American division of WPP GroupM, the world’s largest media planning/buying organization, and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s IT operations in the US and Canada. Prior to this, he held a number of senior technology leadership positions at UBM, a global media business. In addition, he was CIO at PR Newswire and Oxford Information Technology in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Warwick.
